I have had a similar experience with this product. The conditioner was difficult to work into my thin, smooth hair, and then dried it out, making my lifeless hair look worse than a scarecrow's. This is why I honestly, "cheat" and use shampoo and conditioner that I shouldn't. I usually end up with severe skin reations later, but it is sometimes worth it so that I can occasionally look good at important events. That is how bad these types of conditioners are. I don't really blame the manufacturer. It is just the limited set of ingredients that they are left with when people have a lot of allergens.

I am not a fan of this product. I have shoulder length blonde (chemically lightened) hair and this product was terrible. It’s not at all conditioning and it made my hair feel dry and straw-like. The shampoo lathered surprisingly well but the conditioner never felt soft or silky, even when applying it, and my hair was dry and tangled after washing. I am disappointed and discouraged. Might be best for men or people with very short hair.
Hang tight. We're thinking.
