Radius has confirmed with me that they no longer have stock of this floss made with the original Candelilla Wax, and now exclusively manufacture it with Carnauba Wax. While its listing on the Amazon shopping website still reflects the old formula with Candelilla Wax, the ingredient on the package is Carnauba. I have found some other flosses with Candelilla Wax, though they don't have bar codes (!) in order to add them to SkinSafe -- Gaia Guy Natural Unflavored Silk Dental Floss; JentleCo Bamboo Floss Dispenser and Biodegradable Silk Floss; and Clean Planeterra Natural Silk Dental Floss.

I've reached out to Radius asking if they still have stock of the unflavored/unscented silk floss that was made with Candelilla Wax, or know where one can purchase that formulation. Amazon lists the older formulation with Candelilla Wax as an ingredient in the floss, though that may not be current to the product Amazon is selling. Apparently I am also allergic to the ingredient Radius uses now, carnauba wax, in its newer formulation. Hopefully Radius will respond soon -- it is very challenging to find a dental floss that is skin safe!

I was excited to finally find a safe floss on SkinSAFE, but it appears the ingredients have since changed. They now use organic carnauba wax and I don’t think that’s safe for me due to propolis allergy.

I love this floss! I buy it directly from Radius, along with their awesome toothbrushes. It has been a challenge to find oral care products I am not allergic to since skin allergies suddenly erupted 11 months ago at my age of 65. But Radius saves the day with this great dental floss!
