What is it?
4-Chloro-3-Cresol is a disinfectant and preservative that is widely used in medicated products, cosmetics, and industry.
How can I avoid it?
Skin contact with 4-Chloro-3-Cresol is required for it to cause a rash. Discontinuation of exposure to products containing 4-Chloro-3-Cresol should result in improvement and/or the resolution of your dermatitis.
