I tried this and experienced itching. With sweating, the itching became burning and I now have very irritated and inflamed armpits. The ingredients are on my safe list, but this product is clearly not an option.

I tried this since the ingredients are all on my safe list, but it has a strong patchouli-like smell. I reached out to the company and they said that the wild-harvested candelilla wax smells that way. it did, however, end up irritating my arm pits. Irritation went away when I stopped using it.

I’m not crazy about this. It leaves white barks on clothes, it’s hard to wash off my skin, as if the wax needs a more harsh cleanser to breakdown, and I stink a few hours into my day if I sweat even a little. Also, it’s fragrance free but the candelilla wax has an earthy almost patchouli-like smell. It’s not odorless.
