This soap leaves my skin soft and smooth. It does not work well in my hair, I have to wash my hair more often. I have really long thick hair.

I like this bar as a shampoo. I have thin fine hair, and it actually hydrates without weighing it down, leaving my hair full and soft. It's very moisturizing, depending on your hair type you may have to alternate with a different shampoo to get the results you want. I haven't tried it on my face yet, but it has not irritated my sensitive scalp.
