I ordered this product because it said that my daughter could use it, but when it arrived I scanned it and it says that she cannot use it. It is very disappointing because now I am nervous to order anything else recommended on this app. Online ordering is almost my only option because she is allergic to so many products and I thought this app was going to help out so much.

Hi - The product comes with an optional flavor dropper. The rating with the dropper would be NOT FRAGRANCE FREE. If the dropper is NOT used, the product would be rated as fragrance free. Please reach out to us at [email protected] if you have any questions.

Hi, as mentioned last month, please note that the Optional Flavor Dropper, which contains natural mineral oil and natural peppermint oil, is NOT included in the ingredients. The product is entered as *unflavored*. The other product entry DOES include the optional flavor dropper.

Very upset!!! I used this app to locate mouthwash and ordered it from the link below the product… then I get it and scan the box and it says I cannot use it. There is one listing of this same exact product that clears it to be used and another that says it’s not. Very irritated about this.
