Hi - this is an older formulation of the product and has hydrolyzed wheat protein and rated as not gluten free. However, we do have a newer formulation which is rated as gluten free (no added gluten ingredients) and you can review the product at https://www.skinsafeproducts.com/chi-keratin-mist-12-fl-oz-0.
Because there are multiple formulations, it will be important for you to review the ingredients listed on the product label.
