This product left my hair feeling heavy and like there was a film on my hair. I tried the product a second time to make sure I rinsed well enough, but no change. I discontinued use.

A conditioner which is even more drying than Free & Clear, now branded as Vanicream. I put this on my hair and had worse tangles and dryness than before I applied conditioner. Why is it that individuals with allergies have to settle for poor-performing products?

Hi, Thanks for bringing this to our attention. The product reviewed is the conditioner and we have updated the product.

Something here isn’t right. The pics seem to show two different products. The app is telling me the conditioner is safe for me but shows propolis on the ingredients which for some reason it’s marking as safe for me—I’m allergic to propolis, so not sure what’s going on here.
Hang tight. We're thinking.
