I recommend using this product with a loofah and not directly on your skin. I tried both ways. When I put it directly on my skin it exfoliates to the point it was drying me out. When I used a loofah, it was much more gentle on the skin. I did see a difference in my dry skin (moisturized me and heavily reduced dry patches).
