Janetdennis, thank you for bringing this to our attention. We enter ingredients as they are listed on the label or brand's website. However, we sometimes miss information like this if they are listed on areas on the website that aren't easily visible or require contacting customer service. Some ingredients listed are *multi-source* ingredients and if the manufacturer does not disclose the source it's derived from, we enter it without a source. I tried to find this product on the brand's website but it looks like it has been discontinued so I was unable to find the ingredient list to see which ingredient is derived from soy.

I reached out to the company and Per Toms of Maine customer service there is soy in ALL their toothpastes.
