Hi - The focus of SkinSAFE is more on allergenicity of products and not toxicity. Also, parabens are not currently in the top allergens and therefore not included in the TopFree badge. The FDA has some information on parabens that you can review: https://www.fda.gov/cosmetics/cosmetic-ingredients/parabens-cosmetics.
