I picked this up recently, as soon as I opened it, it was obvious it has fragrance! It smells really nice, but it is definitely not safe for my skin...not sure if they changed the formula since it was reviewed here, the ingredients on mine list fragrance and a few other ingredients not listed here.
I did try it out, and yes it made my skin itch like crazy, a rash started to form pretty quick. Had to wash off and use my protopic. Disappointed.
