I noticed the same, worked fine the first time then went bad

This eyeliner works great the first two times then stops distributing color. If you try to go over the same area twice it actually REMOVES color. Stays on fine if you can get it on to begin with. It didn't dry out so I do t know what's wrong with it. I will not buy again.
