Hi - A product must be rated as 'Top Free' to be rated as 'Eyelid Safe". This product is NOT rated as 'Top Free' so it is rated as NOT Eyelid safe.

I was recommended to use this by my allergist for the eczema / contact dermatitis on my eyelids but I see on this website it shows it is unsafe to use on the eyelids yet it is an eye cream. Can you please tell me which ingredients are unsafe?
